CDM compliance and general construction safety

SafeNess can provide CDM Advisory Services to Clients, Principal Contractors and Principal Designers under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Possessing the necessary skills, experience and knowledge to assist Principal Contractors with the development of construction phase plans and safe working methods during the construction phase, providing general construction health and safety advice throughout the duration of the project and compiling Health & Safety Files for project completion.

SafeNess can provide assistance and support to Principal Designers with the collation and issuing of pre-construction information.

We can support Clients to fulfil their legal duties by checking that the Principal Designer has made arrangements for health and safety during  the pre-construction phase and that the Principal Contractor has developed a suitable and sufficient Construction Phase Plan that details how they will manage health and safety during the construction phase.
